Grilling Tip #1 – Tender Pork
By Schwan's Home Service, May 7, 2016
At its best, pork can be juicy, succulent tender and bursting with flavor. However leaner cuts, like tenderloin and boneless chops, can dry out on the grill.
Here are a few ways to ensure juicy, tender pork:
- Brine in a flavorful bath with spices and orange slices will infuse your pork with flavor and prevent drying.
- You can avoid a tough piece of pork by grilling it indirectly. Quickly sear both sides, then move to indirect heat or a cooler area for slower, more even cooking.
- Start with a great piece of meat, like our Boneless Pork Loin Chops.
